Although my delivery took longer than expected, the customer service was outstanding throughout. They were always respectful, professional, and understanding whenever I had questions regarding my order.

When the package finally arrived, I immediately understood why so many people recommend this brand. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful fragrance coming from the package. It had a rich musk and oud scent that made the whole unboxing experience feel premium and special. Even the thobe itself carried the pleasant fragrance.
